WELCOME TO MOBERLY APARTMENTS
Moberly Apartments provides affordable apartment rentals in Vancouver, BC. We are located in False Creek, right off the seawall. Our buildings consist of four mid-rise residential buildings that offer studio/ bachelor, one, two, and three bedroom apartments, with a small commercial element on the seawall.
Established in 1976, these buildings were designed with an architectural style rarely seen in residential apartment rental buildings. The buildings are developed with a solid concrete envelope, including concrete walls between apartments. The buildings range from four to six stories and feature an open air “single loaded corridor” design. This means that residents can enjoy the utmost privacy in a peaceful atmosphere, as there are no suites across the corridor and only between 7 and 10 suites per floor. The design allows ample natural light and ventilation into the common areas and walkways of the building, as well as for the individual suites.
Our apartments range from 445 square foot studios to nearly 1,500 square foot three bedrooms. All of our apartments have at least one private balcony or patio. Standard balconies range from 55 to 110 square feet, with a few select apartments featuring up to 1,000 square feet of outdoor space. Moberly Apartments has a strict no smoking and no pets policy.
